9 DIY Essential Oil Blends for Healthy Skin & Hair

The following aromatherapy recipes require a carrier which will dilute the essential oils. You can allow your creativity to flow with these recipes.

If you would prefer, you can use a carrier oil such as; grapeseed oil, coconut oil, almond oil, avocado oil or even extra virgin olive oil. If you would prefer to use something less oily and greasy, you can use a cream, body butter or lotion as your carrier. This can be a plain cream that you already have in, or you could make your own mixing some beeswax and shea butter.

Whichever you decide to use as your base carrier, it is always best to use organic products if possible.
